Eye by K started to solve this simple question. Eye by K is a global eyewear B2C platform that connects successful Korean domestic eyewear brands with customers worldwide. We only collaborate with brands that have stood the test of Korean customers. We select bestselling models from each brand, bringing you a curated collection of the cream of the crop.

Customers can order trendsetting Korean glass frames, which are hard to find outside of Seoul to their doorstep. Our Korean clients can substantially reduce global expansion costs and focus on making better frames. Plus, it's more than a business—it is an opportunity for us to introduce Korea to you! It's truly a win-win.

Born in Seoul and educated in the U.S., founder Jiwon Ok wants to leverage her expertise and international connections to bring the best of Korean eyewear to the world.​ She graduated from Cornell University with a Bachelor's in Economics in 2013 and previously worked at Morgan Stanley and World Bank. Her entrepreneurial journey started passionately visiting multiple optical stores a day. One day, she visited Holics Optical, the oldest premier eyewear select shop in Seoul founded in 2003, and told the CEO about her vision for Eye by K. "We want to be your first client," said the CEO. This is how we started. We are excited to see what our future holds.
